I’ve had the opportunity to work with Mayor Michelle Kaufusi and her professionalism, listening skills, and relationship-building can not be understated. Mayor Kaufusi brings people together and gets things done.

Mayor Kaufusi has been a strong supporter of Provo Firefighters. She has advocated for increased wages and improved working conditions, which has helped recruit and retain the best firefighters in the state. Professional Firefighters of Provo support Mayor Kaufusi’s reelection and encourage Provo residents to vote for her.

I can say without hesitation that Mayor Michelle Kaufusi has been highly effective at the Utah legislature. During her service as mayor, she has become a trusted friend and a respected leader statewide. Provo would do well to keep her. Under her leadership, Provo and the County have partnered on projects like the airport expansion, the Rock Canyon Trailhead, the sewer treatment plant, and the EPIC Sports Park—projects that are strengthening our community and investing in the future.

Serving is what Michelle does. My husband calls her a “servant-leader.” She sees a need, figures out what needs to be done, and then does it—without ruffling feathers. She preserves relationships, even with those who see things differently. That’s a rare talent.

We’ve known Michelle Kaufusi for over 15 years. We appreciate her sincere concern for our community, her work ethic, enthusiasm, and optimism. She models continuous improvement and lifelong learning. Her humility lets her listen and work with those who may not agree. She is a wonderful person, friend, and leader.

I’ve known and admired Michelle Kaufusi for years. Her leadership as President of the Provo School Board is one example of her capacity. I met Michelle when my family moved here from California. She was relatable and welcoming despite our different backgrounds. She shows excellent leadership, sound judgment, and real enthusiasm for Provo. She’ll make a great Mayor.

I’ve lived in 11 different cities and have often been disappointed by local leaders who waste time on pet projects and virtue signaling. Mayor Michelle Kaufusi is the first mayor I’ve seen who truly focuses on getting things done. Her record speaks for itself. She doesn’t get caught up in online drama. Michelle has tirelessly worked to save our city money and help our water supply for years to come. She has done many things for our city that people aren’t aware of.
